No cams, no belts, and no manual adjustments are required — just input the parameters or recall a stored program, and production begins instantly.
Fully Programmable Chain Twisting System
This programmable chain twisting machine allows users to create both traditional and fantasy chains by combining twisting, compressing, and stretching functions either individually or simultaneously.
All production data can be stored in the internal memory or on a connected PC for unlimited program storage.
Motorised clamps ensure perfect chain handling and positioning throughout each cycle, while advanced control software provides flexibility to experiment with new shapes and patterns.
The FG5 can produce left or right twisted chains, alternating or compressed designs, and even handmade-looking results with full repeatability.
