This high-speed chain twisting machine is fully motorised and controlled by an electronic programmable controller.
Without mechanical cams or belts, setup time is drastically reduced and production can be changed instantly between chain types.

The FG7 can twist chains in both left and right directions, alternating pitch and rotation while varying the degree of twist within the same spiral.
Up to 100 different programs can be stored in the internal memory, with an optional external memory bank for extended capacity.

Its simple tooling system allows re-use between different chain models, offering greater flexibility and reducing production costs.
