It represents a compact, maintenance-free solution that can be integrated into existing machines or used as a standalone unit.

The fibre laser soldering unit uses advanced solid-state diode technology to deliver stable and efficient laser power with minimal energy consumption.
Unlike traditional laser systems, the IFL does not require water cooling circuits, pumps, filters, mirrors, or consumable components.
This design eliminates routine maintenance and ensures long-term reliability, making the unit ideal for continuous industrial use in jewellery manufacturing environments.
Precision Laser Soldering For Jewellery Applications
The IFL unit provides controlled laser energy for accurate soldering operations on chains, clasps, and small jewellery components.
With a nominal continuous power of 150 W and peak pulse power up to 1500 W, it delivers clean, repeatable solder joints without thermal distortion.
Laser emission is delivered through a high-grade optical fibre, allowing precise energy transfer even in compact or automated production setups.
Flexible Integration And User Control
The IFL Fibre Laser Soldering Unit can be mounted directly onto Ciemmeo machinery or supplied on a transportable wheeled trolley for standalone operation.
All system functions are managed through a mobile colour touchscreen interface, ensuring intuitive setup and control.
