The MIB1/2 Bar and Strip Inserting Machine by Ciemmeo is an automatic unit designed to insert metal bars or strips inside chain links.
It offers high-speed, accurate, and repeatable results for cable and curb chains, including Figaro patterns in the MIB2 version.

It supports both fixed-pitch and variable-pitch configurations, allowing automatic alignment and synchronisation with the chain movement.
The MIB1 model is ideal for standard cable and curb chains, while the MIB2 version includes additional control for Figaro-type chains, maintaining perfect spacing between short and long links.
Both models ensure uniform tension, high productivity, and minimal waste.
The system is compatible with all precious and non-precious metals and includes tele-assistance for remote support and diagnostics.
