The MIP Bead Insertion Machine by Ciemmeo is a fully automatic unit designed to apply beads or balls directly into anchor (Gucci) chains.
It ensures precise bead placement and consistent results for high-end jewellery chain production.
Automatic Bead Application For Anchor Chains
This bead insertion machine takes the chain from a spool and automatically selects beads from up to three vibrating hoppers.
Each bead is accurately inserted onto the link bar, remaining free to rotate within the chain link.
The MIP can manage up to three different bead types (in colour, shape, or material) simultaneously, creating unique decorative combinations.
The insertion sequence is controlled by a programmable interface that allows fully customisable bead patterns.
Even beads without holes can be applied by caging them inside the link after the chain has been curbed.
Compact and efficient, the MIP offers reliability, speed, and creative flexibility in bead-based chain design.
