BLANK INSERTION MACHINE
The MIT Blank Insertion Machine by Ciemmeo is designed to automatically insert punched or sliced blanks into the links of cable and curb chains.
It combines precision, automation, and flexibility, enabling the production of decorative chains with inserted elements.
Automatic System For Blank Insertion Into Chains
This blank insertion machine feeds a cable or curb chain together with a flat ribbon or round wire.
The unit automatically punches or slices blanks from the wire or ribbon and places them into the programmed chain links, following a fixed or alternate pitch sequence.
The system ensures precise alignment and insertion without damaging the chain links, maintaining full control over spacing, rhythm, and design variations.
Operators can easily program the insertion sequence to produce customised chain patterns such as Figaro or Valentino styles.
Compact, reliable, and fully automated, the MIT delivers high productivity and repeatability for medium and large-scale chain manufacturing.
