The MMA2 Automatic Spring Ring Assembly Machine by Ciemmeo performs the final stage in the spring ring production process, automatically inserting the spring and latch, assembling the clasp, and testing its functionality at high speed.
Automatic System For Spring Ring Assembly
This spring ring assembly machine takes pre-soldered shells with attached rings and transforms them into complete, functional clasps.
Using three feeding stations, the machine loads the shell, the stainless steel spring, and the latch wire, which is cut, shaped, and inserted automatically.
A rotating table equipped with eight synchronised stations performs all assembly operations simultaneously, ensuring maximum productivity and consistent quality.
After assembly, each spring ring passes through a testing station that verifies latch movement and opening precision.
Any defective pieces are automatically discarded, ensuring only fully functional clasps continue to packaging.
This system guarantees efficiency, repeatability, and safety across every production cycle.
