The MT Chain Braiding Machine by Ciemmeo is a fast and high-productivity rotary system designed for producing strong, lightweight round and tubular braided chains.
It is ideal for creating decorative and structural jewellery braids with perfect precision.
Rotary Braiding System For Tubular Chains
This chain braiding machine can simultaneously weave up to 16 flat strips or round wires into a continuous tubular chain.
Each strand can differ in colour or finish, allowing endless design possibilities.
The inclination angle and drawing speed are manually adjustable to achieve the desired braid texture and tightness.
The MT machine can braid strands around a solid core or form empty tubes, depending on the jewellery design.
It includes an external spool for core wire application and an automatic winder for collecting the finished braid, ensuring a clean and consistent result.
An optional alternate pitch attachment allows variation of the braid pitch within the same chain segment, enabling intricate and dynamic chain designs.
