The MTSF2 End Cap Soldering Machine by Ciemmeo is a semi-automatic unit designed to cut, stamp, and electrically solder end caps to the tips of chains.
It combines precision, automation, and reliability to optimise the finishing process of jewellery chains.

Semi-Automatic End Cap Stamping And Soldering System

This end cap soldering machine feeds a flat metal strip from a reel, punches out the end cap, stamps it with the desired hallmark, and automatically folds and electrically solders it to the chain end.
The entire process is triggered by a single button, ensuring safe and consistent operation.

The machine integrates the trusted PS1 5-ton stamping press, adapted to perform the complete cycle including soldering.
A programmable piece counter stops production automatically upon reaching the set quantity, simplifying batch control.

The MTSF2 can also process 24 kt chains, making it ideal for high-precision gold jewellery production requiring perfect electrical soldering.
