The MTSF3C Automatic End Cap Machine by Ciemmeo is a fully automatic system that cuts, stamps, folds, and electrically solders end caps onto the tips of jewellery chains.
It delivers complete automation, precision, and high productivity while minimising scrap and manual handling.
Fully Automatic End Cap Stamping And Soldering System
This automatic end cap machine processes both chain and metal strip reels.
It automatically measures, cuts, and stamps each chain segment, applies the hallmark onto the end cap, folds it, and performs electrical soldering with an adjustable current surge.
Up to 99 chain profiles can be stored in the memory bank, allowing different chain lengths and types to be processed with no manual reconfiguration.
Cutting is performed precisely at the knot between links, using every half link and reducing material waste to nearly zero.
Thanks to its vertical structure, the MTSF3C occupies minimal floor space while maintaining full accessibility for setup and maintenance.
It can also process 24 kt chains, making it ideal for high-end gold jewellery manufacturing.
