CHAIN LIMBERING MACHINE
The SN4 Chain Limbering Machine by Ciemmeo is an automatic unit designed for limbering flat hammered chains.
It corrects natural twisting produced during hammering and restores perfect chain flexibility and alignment.
Automatic Chain Limbering System
This chain limbering machine uses a twin set of parallel-controlled motors to draw and feed the chain through the limbering section.
The section is composed of three pairs of rollers arranged along a twisted plane, which forces the chain to twist slightly during the process, eliminating residual stress and unwanted spiralling.
The rollers are positioned close together, allowing the chain to be fully limbered even through small angles.
The SN4 works with chain wire diameters from 0.18 to 2.50 mm and can process up to 24 kt, ensuring consistent quality for all precious metal chains.
