This chain limbering machine performs a full 360° adjustable limbering and straightening action, allowing precise control over the radius and tension applied to each chain.
The adjustable mechanism makes it possible to process a wide variety of chain types and sizes.
Equipped with pushing and pulling motors, the SN7 operates with smooth and continuous motion, maintaining uniform chain quality even at high speed.
It includes a clutch and chain drawing system for constant feeding, while an optional winding unit can be added for automatic collection.
