AUTOMATIC MULTIPLE ROPE CHAIN MACHINE
The SRM2 Multiple Rope Chain Making Machine by Ciemmeo is an automatic high-precision system designed to produce multiple rope chains simultaneously.
Built for performance and reliability, it offers advanced synchronisation, flexibility, and consistent chain quality across all production lines.
Automatic Multiple Rope Chain Production System
This multiple rope chain making machine combines mechanical stability with advanced electronic control to ensure perfect alignment and repeatable quality.
Each chain line operates with independent control through synchronised brushless motors managed by optical fibre sensors for real-time feedback and positioning.
Heavy-duty mechanical components handle the forming and calibration of each link with precision, while optional laser soldering ensures brilliant and durable results.
The modular design allows fast tooling changes, easy maintenance, and smooth integration into existing production setups.
Advantages Of The SRM2 Multiple Rope Chain Making Machine
The SRM2 Multiple Rope Chain Making Machine offers increased productivity by manufacturing several rope chains at once while maintaining top-tier quality standards.
It reduces setup time, optimises energy use, and provides the same quality of finish as Ciemmeo’s single-head models.
The system is Industry 4.0 ready and includes tele-assistance and remote monitoring features to support continuous, efficient operation.
