This jewellery ice lathe machine integrates an onboard computer that controls every production parameter.
The TG6 is equipped with brushless motors and a complete refrigeration system that automates icing and thawing cycles, guaranteeing consistent performance and reduced setup times.
The 9-tool turret head allows up to three diamond tools to operate simultaneously, removing three times more material per pass and eliminating downtime caused by empty runs.
All operations are programmed through an intuitive touch screen interface, allowing the operator to store and recall up to nine different chain programs per icing session.
The system ensures total gold dust recovery and automatically adapts the tool head to the chain or drum profile, extending component life and minimising scrap.
