The PS1 Jewellery Stamping Press by Ciemmeo is a compact 5-ton automatic press designed for cutting and stamping end clips, quality tags, and other jewellery components from metal strips.
It guarantees precise shaping and consistent quality for small metal parts and chain elements.

Automatic Stamping And Cutting System

This jewellery stamping press automatically feeds a metal strip at adjustable pitch, cutting and stamping components such as tags or clips according to the die set installed.
Different shapes and sizes can be easily produced by changing the die block.

The PS1 can also hammer and calibrate chains simply by replacing the tooling, making it an extremely versatile solution for jewellery production.
Its programmable counter stops the machine automatically once the preset quantity is reached, ensuring precise control over production batches.
